By signing the below, I hereby declare to be a Professional Investor according to the requirements of the HK Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).


Regardless of my nationality or jurisdiction I reside in, I declare I meet the definition of "Professional Investor" as defined in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and I belong to one of these three categories of Professional Investors:


Individual Professional Investors: are individuals who have a portfolio of at least HKD 8 Million (or its equivalent in any foreign currency) of liquid assets. Liquid assets mean securities, money held by a custodian or certificates of deposit issued by an authorised financial institution or a bank which is regulated under the laws of a place outside Hong Kong.


Corporate Professional Investors: are (i) corporations or partnerships who have either a portfolio of at least HKD 8 Million in liquid assets or HKD 40 Million in total assets (or its equivalent in any foreign currency); or (ii) trust corporations who have total assets of at least HKD 40 Million.


Institutional Professional Investors: are persons falling under paragraphs (a) to (i) of the definition of "professional investor" in section 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the SFO. Examples of Institutional Professional Investors include banks, brokerage firms, insurance companies, collective investment schemes, MPF schemes and management companies of these schemes.
